The Executive Team

ParkerSteel's continued success is rooted in strong leadership and the ability to evolve in order to take on the challenges of the future. Our vision to be the premier and most respected steel solutions company in the UK is achievable due to the dedication and expertise of our people. As leaders in innovation, we recognise that departmental collaboration is a vital aspect of long-term growth and success.

To capitalise on the years of experience and ability within our business, we are delighted to announce the establishment of our new Executive Team, who will be responsible for making strategic decisions for the company.

Dylan Alexander, Managing Director of ParkerSteel, commented: "Each of our Executive Team members has a wealth of knowledge and skill in their field, which they will use to further ParkerSteel's growth through close, long-standing customer relationships and superior product and service offerings."

As an introduction to our Executive Team, we asked each member to tell us about their background experience, business philosophy and hobbies outside of work.

His exceptional analytical approach to business allows him to consistently command above-market performance.

Prior to joining ParkerSteel, Dylan spent 3 years working in oil and gas consultancy, focusing on FTSE-listed executive search and HR management. His graduate job was with Morgan Stanley in 2008, working in leveraged finance, which focused predominately on syndicated loan deals covering aluminium markets in Eastern Europe and Russia.

Dylan's career achievements are based on a strong academic foundation, with an MSC in Management Research from SAID Business School, University of Oxford, and a BSC (Hons) from Loughborough University.
