Product Description

Fischer Fire Stop hand Foam 60018. Fast curing with fire retardant properties for use in situations where a joint must conform to a fire rating approved to BS476:part 20. Capable of achieving a 4 hour fire rating dependant on joint dimensions. High foam yield. High pressure, shear and weather resistant. Can be rendered, cut, painted and sanded. No post shrinkage or expansion. CFC-free propellant. SPECIFICATION: . Foam Yield:45 litres. Resistance to temperature of hardened foam:-30C to +80C. Non tacky after (approx):8 mins. Load bearing after (approx):6-12 hours. Fully hardened:24 hours

    Functionality

  • FireStop Foam is a single component, self expanding polyurethane foam, which has been designed to be self curing via the absorption of moisture from the atmosphere.
  • The foam has excellent adhesion properties and can adhere to most building materials. When the foam sets it cures to a semi-rigid structure, which accommodates low movement and vibration.
