ParkerSteel Limited names Dylan Alexander as New Managing Director

Guy Parker to become Chairman

Canterbury, Kent, 1st September 2021 — ParkerSteel Limited has appointed Dylan Alexander to succeed Guy Parker as Managing Director, effective September 1, 2021. This marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter for ParkerSteel in what is a rapidly evolving steel supply market accentuated by the post pandemic recovery. Dylan brings significant experience and knowledge to the role from nearing 10 years with the company as a Director, in both the steel distribution and fabrication markets. Prior to this Dylan worked in Oil and Gas consultancy and previously at Morgan Stanley focusing on leveraged finance. He has a huge amount of commercial experience and achievement and will be well supported by a knowledgeable and high performing team of staff across the business. As Managing Director, Dylan will continue to be based at Canterbury, with an objective to deliver the development and growth plans for ParkerSteel in leading the business forward in these exciting times. Dylan Alexander responded to his appointment by saying “This is a very exciting opportunity and it’s a huge privilege taking on Guy’s legacy and building on it.
