A creative flap disc with self-sharpening ceramic grain, offers a lifelong and exceptionally high stock elimination as well as a long lasting service life. The ceramic grain is fixed on strong polyester backing. Under very high pressure, the fully resinoid bonded with fillers guaranteed abrasion resistance of the ceramic grain. Provides quality results when grinding on solid surfaces as well as for profiles on steel or stainless steel. Highly suitable for extreme grinding applications due to its high load capacity. These flap discs offer outstanding lifetime,high removal rate with minimal work force.
